Meet Tracy Sinclair
Hi, and thanks for stopping by!
I’m Tracy, the founder and owner of Ultimate Destination Weddings. I launched the company in 2015, and it’s been an incredible journey ever since. I’m truly grateful to do what I love every day, alongside an amazing team who shares the same passion. For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a calling. Helping couples bring their dream weddings to life is both an honour and a joy.
What is your favourite destination (s) that you’ve travelled to?
It’s so hard to pick just one – I’d say my top favourites are: Egypt, Greece and my all time fav is Mexico!
What destination is tops on your bucket list?
It’s hard to choose just one, but topping my bucket list are exploring the breathtaking Grand Canyon, experiencing the wild beauty of an African safari, cruising through the glaciers of Alaska, and soaking up the sun and culture in Hawaii. Each one offers such a unique adventure—I can’t wait to check them all off!
How many years have you been in travel? Any related experience you’d like to note?

Years in Travel & Experience:
I’ve been part of the wonderful world of travel for over 25 years! Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of travel settings, but group travel has always been my favourite niche. I’m a proud graduate of Mohawk College, where I earned a diploma in Travel & Tourism along with a certificate in Small Business Management. In 2015, I combined my passion and experience to launch Ultimate Destination Weddings—and we’ve been growing ever since! I truly love what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to work with such an amazing team every day.
Best travel tip?
Always be prepared—if you’re second-guessing whether to pack something, just bring it!
More importantly, live in the moment. Make memories, try new things, and travel with a grateful heart. That’s where the magic happens.
Walk like an Egyption!
The pyramids in Egypt are smaller than they look and they 3 pyramids are very spread out – not side by side as they look!
My first trip!
My very first trip on an airplane was at 16 years old and I travelled with a friend and her family to their villa in Spain for two weeks! I was super nervous to fly but loved every moment once there.
My #1 bucket list trip!
This may seem odd to some but my top bucket list trip is to see the Grand Canyon! It looks extremely peaceful with it’s deep gorges and picturesque streams. I long to sit on the edge (not like right on the edge!) and take in the peace and tranquility of the canyon.
Mommy to a superhero!
I am a mommy to this superhero! Ethan was diagnosed in 2018 with Leukemia at the age of 5 and finished up his chemotherapy treatment in August 2021. He’s thriving and doing so very well! He’s taught me what true resilience is, to live each day and be present as that’s all we truly have and what survivorship looks like. It was a roller coaster 3.5 years being a “momcologist”, running a business and adjusting to life as it came. We all survived and came out of this better than before. I am beyond grateful for this life and that I get to be this little warriors mom!
