Meet Tracy Sinclair
I’m Tracy, the founder and owner of Ultimate Destination Weddings. Since launching the company in 2015, it’s been an incredible journey filled with unforgettable experiences and amazing people. I feel truly grateful to do what I love every day — creating seamless, joy-filled destination wedding experiences for couples around the world, alongside a passionate and dedicated team.
What I love most is getting to play a small part in such a meaningful milestone — helping couples travel, celebrate, and make memories that last a lifetime!
What is your favourite destination (s) that you’ve travelled to?
It’s so hard to pick just one – I’d say my top favourites are: Egypt, Greece and my all time fav is Mexico!
What destination is tops on your bucket list?
It’s hard to choose just one, but topping my travel bucket list are exploring the Grand Canyon, cruising through Alaska’s stunning glaciers, wandering through the historic streets of Italy and Germany, and chasing the Northern Lights in Iceland. Each destination offers such a unique experience — and I can’t wait to check them all off!
How many years have you been in travel? Any related experience you’d like to note?

Years in Travel & Experience:
I’ve been part of the wonderful world of travel for over 25 years! Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of travel settings, but group travel has always been my true passion. I’m a proud Mohawk College graduate, holding a diploma in Travel & Tourism and a certificate in Small Business Management. In 2015, I combined my experience and love for travel to launch Ultimate Destination Weddings — and we’ve been growing ever since! I truly love what I do and feel incredibly fortunate to work with such an amazing team every day.
Best travel tip?
Always be prepared—if you’re second-guessing whether to pack something, just bring it!
More importantly, live in the moment. Make memories, try new things, and travel with a grateful heart. That’s where the magic happens.
Walk like an Egyption!
The pyramids in Egypt are smaller than they look and they 3 pyramids are very spread out – not side by side as they look!
My first trip!
My first flight was at 16, when I joined a friend and her family for two unforgettable weeks at their villa in Spain. I was nervous to fly at first, but the moment I arrived, I fell completely in love with travel.

My #1 bucket list trip!
It may surprise some, but my ultimate bucket list trip is to see the Grand Canyon. Its breathtaking landscapes, dramatic gorges, and serene views seem to radiate pure peace. I’d love nothing more than to sit back and take in its stillness and beauty.

Mommy to a superhero!
I’m a proud mom to this real-life superhero — Ethan! He was diagnosed with leukemia in 2018 at just five years old and completed his chemotherapy treatment in August 2021. Today, he’s four years cancer-free and thriving!
Ethan has taught me so much about resilience, gratitude, and truly living in the present moment. Those 3.5 years of treatment were a roller coaster — balancing life as a “momcologist,” running a business, and navigating each day as it came — but we came through it stronger, wiser, and more connected than ever.
I’m endlessly grateful for this life and for the privilege of being this incredible little warrior’s mom. 💛
