Air Canada Vacations Accommodation Details
**A mandatory St. Lucia Accommodation Fee will be implemented locally. The Fee will range from USD $3 – $6 per person, per night for all guests ages 12 years and up and will be paid at the resort upon checkout.**
* Children under 2 at the duration of travel are free but will not occupy a seat on the aircraft
*A Valid Passport is required to travel.
* Alternate duration of stay, room occupancy and room categories can be requested at an additional cost
*Requests can be made for king bed or 2 double beds however not guaranteed and will be assigned by the resort

Final Payment Due: November 19th, 2025 to avoid any cancellations or penalties.
All packages are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable after this date. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.

* By selecting an insurance package you agree to the terms and conditions of Manulife Global Insurance and to review the policy booklet details. The payment will be processed at the time of booking. The insurance policy is non-refundable from the date of issuance (today).
* Rates quoted are based on cancellation coverage up to $3,860.00 per person for Ontario residents. Other packages available including a family plan, please request further coverage options.
* Insurance premium rates are subject to change without notice.
* COVID-19 is not covered for Cancellation, Interruption coverage for all of Manulife’s policies as long as travel advisories are in place. Cancel For Any Reason coverage will apply if resulting in a financial loss. If the tour operator provides a future travel credit for the full value (or better), there is no loss incurred and would not be eligible for reimbursement.
* You are NOT eligible for coverage if any of the below are applicable to you or your immediate family. Please consult the policy booklet for complete coverage and exclusion details.
a) you have been advised by a physician not to travel; and/or
b) you have been diagnosed with a terminal illness with less than 6 months to live; and/or
c) you have a kidney condition requiring dialysis; and/or
