How do I RSVP?
Please click on the applicable duration button (Toronto 7 nights or 5 nights) to RSVP for the specific all inclusive stay. If you wish to upgrade your room or travel on different dates, simply fill in your RSVP and select the best option that applies to your situation for example: “I would like different room type options.”
Please note the non-refundable deposit is $200 CAD per person and is applied to your grand total. Your deposit and passport details are due no later than August 22nd, 2024!

What if I’m not flying from Toronto?
If you are coming from another airport/country, please click on the “Other Departures” button to get a customized quote from Jessica.
Please ensure you include all of your applicable travel information with your submission (dates, departure gateway, room category of interest, room occupancy ex 2 adults and 1 child aged 7) and she will get back to you as soon as possible! You can also just email Jess with this information and she can proceed accordingly.
Can I stay less than 7 or 5 nights?
Yes, you can click on the “Other Departures” button to get a customized quote from Jessica if you need a different duration. You can also select this button if you only need all inclusive hotel accommodations and do not require a package with flights. Alternatively send Jessica an e-mail to jessica@ultimatedestinationweddings.ca

Are airport transfers included in the packages?
Yes, airport transfers are included in both the 7-night and 5-night all-inclusive packages.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your plus-one is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding an intimate event with close friends and family only. Thank you for your understanding!
Are children invited?
Yes, kids are invited! We welcome your little ones to join in on the celebration. The resort provides activities to keep them entertained and ensure they have a wonderful time.
Can I stay off-resort?
We HIGHLY recommend booking within the group block at the resort, as the resort policy mandates that 80% of guests stay on-site and within the group block. However, if you opt to book independently, please notify us beforehand. There is limited space available for off-site guests, and we will need to confirm arrangements should you choose this option.
Please note: as per the resort’s terms & conditions, for any guests not staying at the resort (and/or guests who are staying at the resort but booked their room separately from the wedding’s room block), they must purchase a mandatory event day-pass to enter the resort and attend the wedding’s ceremony and reception per guests (see below for pricing). Wedding day passes are effective one-half hour before the wedding ceremony scheduled time until the end of the last wedding event (extra hours are not included). Guests are welcome to use any bar available during their stay at the resort (food at restaurants are excluded).

What if I don’t RSVP in time?
Regrettably, if we haven’t received your RSVP by our deadline of August 22nd, 2024, we’ll have to mark you as unable to attend. While we will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible as there is limited space and we will require an accurate guest count to our vendors and venue by a certain date. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will be missed, but we completely understand! Once you know you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “No” so we can plan accordingly.
What if I make a deposit but can no longer attend?
If circumstances change and you can no longer attend after making a deposit, please notify us (Roxanne and Dominic) before the Final Payment deadline. We’ll make efforts to refund your deposit if we’re able to fill your spot with another guest. However, please note that if we’re unable to find a replacement, the deposit is non-refundable.
When do I need to make the final payment?
Your final payment is due on February 4th, 2025. All packages are 100% non-refundable and non-changeable after the pay in full date. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to protect your investment.

PASSPORT EXPIRATION REMINDER
To ensure seamless travel arrangements for our wedding, please confirm that your passport is valid for at least SIX months beyond our wedding date. If your passport expires within this timeframe, we recommend renewing it well in advance to avoid any potential delays, as processing times can vary. Don’t forget to also check the validity of passports for any accompanying children.
